The Trusted Advisors is a collective of experienced coaches, facilitators and senior advisors who have spent decades inside large organizations — leading transformations, sitting at the executive table, walking the shop floor, and asking the same question over and over: what does it actually take to make change last?
Out of those experiences, The Trusted Advisors was born. Not as a consultancy with a template, but as a small, senior team that brings clarity, courage and craft to leaders facing the most complex challenges of their careers.
Sustainable performance does not come from strategy alone. It emerges from the way people think, interact and work together every day. True transformation starts beneath the surface — in mindsets, behaviours, and the invisible systems that shape how organizations operate.
We believe that change always begins with the individual — with the leaders themselves — before it can take root in a team, a function or an organization. There is no shortcut around this.
We believe in deep work. We are not interested in symptom-level fixes that crumble under the next quarterly pressure. What we do is meant to outlast us.
And we believe the why matters as much as the what. Our work is in service of humans, of organizations becoming healthier and more meaningful, and ultimately, of the world the next generation will inherit.
Above all, we are here to explore wisdom beyond ego, in service of future generations. We believe that humility creates generosity, and that it is not the happy who are grateful, but the grateful who are happy.
After thousands of hours inside transformations — successful ones and painful ones — we distilled our way of thinking into a simple formula:
Leadership × Approach × Resources = Impact
It is a multiplication, not an addition: if any one of these factors is zero, the result is zero.
A great approach without leadership commitment fails. Brilliant leaders without the right resources fail. Resources without an honest diagnosis of where to apply them fail. Real impact requires all three, in the right balance, sustained over time.
This formula is the spine of everything we do. It is also the foundation of our book, Changeonomics — The simple formula behind complex change.
Every member of our team has personally led or advised transformations at large, complex organizations.
We tell leaders what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. That is the contract.
We bring tools, methods and frameworks — always in service of the real work, never as a substitute for it.
We do not take on engagements we cannot fully invest in.
Alongside our paid work, we engage pro bono with causes we deeply care about — from environmental initiatives to children's charities.
