"I believe in the power of purpose and joy – and in creating high performing teams and organizations where joy and fun are possible. Change always starts with ME."
I design, lead and support large cultural transformations in organizations, creating sustainable impact. I also teach as a university lecturer and author — because this knowledge is not only crucial for the lasting success of organizations, but for the happiness of millions of people.
Arndt brings together academic rigor, executive experience and hands-on transformation expertise. With a PhD in motivation theories and incentive systems, he has spent decades studying and applying what actually drives human performance in organizations.
Widowed, Arndt lives with his two sons in Essen. He loves time with family and friends, hiking with his dog, and football — a referee in Germany's highest non-professional class — as well as motorbiking and camping. As chairman of "Villa Kunterbunt e.V." he supports children with mental illness.

"I am a system-thinker who cares deeply about our future and the planet. The future has already arrived — it just needs to be distributed for the benefit of all."
As a system-thinker, my passion is to create great human experiences and scale behavioral change. Understanding an organization as a "system" and identifying its blocking mental models are instrumental in successful transformation. With the motto "Change always starts with me", I help build foundations that sustainably shift the behavior of teams and organizations.
With a background in Forestry, Roland brings an unusual systems-thinking perspective to organizational change — shaped by nature's own principles of resilience, adaptation and sustainable growth.
Roland lives with his partner between Vienna and Berlin. He works with global top athletes to bring passion, sustainable performance and resilience into business. Joy means being with family and friends — on runs, hikes, the tennis court, a sailboat, or cooking together.

"Aligning people, behavior, purpose, culture and strategy to enable execution and growth is my real passion."
Since 2003 I have facilitated transformation for systems, teams and individuals, and accompanied executives and their teams on their journeys. I love raising awareness of one's own behavior, outcomes and systemic patterns — enabling leaders, teams and individuals to connect deeply, grow, thrive and flow.
An organizational psychologist with a PhD from the University of Leipzig (magna cum laude) on effective leadership behavior, Gerit has advised businesses and top-teams through large, long-term transformations for over 15 years.
Gerit lives with her family in Leipzig. Joy means being with her two daughters and her husband — skiing, travelling or on the football court. In 2008/2009 she made a two-year trip around the globe and still draws on the experiences.

"True leadership comes from within — a place of love for people. My inner journey reflects my outer experience."
I believe my inner journey reflects my outer experience. Inner focus has shifted my life and what matters to me — at the core are deep, meaningful relationships. When I coach, I want to help people and groups find their very own way and passion.
